This is a special, private event to celebrate and raise funds for my dear friend Tabitha Moore, activist, performer, mother, and community leader. As Tabitha has dedicated her life's work to uplifting and supporting communities of color and marginalized folks across the country, she has become a target of many racists and white supremacists. Her family has been aggressively harassed, her children have been threatened, and she was recently physically assaulted in her own community. We are raising funds to help support her family’s need to move from her current residence to a place of greater safety and to begin a healing process that is long overdue as reparations for her service to us all. For this event, we will have opportunities for people to attend live but are restricted in our occupancy due to the novel coronavirus. We will also offer a virtual option for a slightly discounted price. All proceeds will go to support Tabitha and her family! Your ticket price includes a signed copy of my book of poetry, shipping fees included. We are also asking if supporters are willing to sponsor others who may not be able to afford a ticket, and those gifts are available on the online store.
Please note that my poems do have adult themes and may not be appropriate for all audiences. Thank you for supporting and lifting up Black women!
This offer is limited to the continental United States.
